If I can stop one heart
from breaking.
I shall not live in vain;

If I can ease one life the aching,
Or cool one pain,

Or help one fainting robin
Unto his nest again,

I shall not live in vain.

From the Desk of Chander Lall (Founder and Director)

The Lall Foundation for Animal Care Environment & Education has been set up to support some of the causes that we believe require urgent attention. As the name suggests, we will largely be providing assistance (financial, legal and otherwise) (i) for education of children – with a focus on the girl child, (ii) for animal shelters and NGO’s working with street animals, and (iii) for environment related causes.

There are so many individuals and organisations working relentlessly towards these causes. We identified a few and even before setting up the Lall Foundation, we, as individuals, and with the support of friends and family, were able to help a few students further their education and support individuals and organisations involved in animal care. The aim of the Foundation is to formalise the structure and scale the activities.

Thank you for visiting us through this website and for your support and encouragement. Let’s together make this world a better place by sharing some of our privileges.
